How we work
- 1Share your site and load details.
- 2Survey, shadow analysis and yield estimate.
- 3Engineered proposal and delivery model.
- 4We build it and we maintain it.
Three segments we build for, each with its own procurement route, engineering constraints and delivery obligations.
Rooftop generation engineered around your load profile and your operations. We handle structural assessment, single-line design, DISCOM approvals and net metering, then run the asset under a long-term O&M contract. Installations are phased around shifts and production schedules so output goes up without downtime.
Commercial solarRooftop solar for government buildings, institutions and public undertakings, executed to tender specification. We work within GeM and departmental procurement, meet the documentation and quality regimes those contracts require, and take responsibility for commissioning, handover and the full defect liability period.
Government rooftopStandalone and centrally monitored solar street lighting for municipal bodies, panchayats and highway authorities. We survey the alignment, size the systems for local irradiance and autonomy requirements, install across dispersed sites, and maintain them — including battery replacement cycles — through the contract term.
Solar street lightingEvery stage below is delivered by Zero Carbon teams. You are not managing a chain of vendors, and there is no point in the project where responsibility transfers to someone else.
Site survey, shadow analysis, load profiling and structural assessment. You get a yield estimate you can underwrite, not a sales figure.
In-house electrical and structural design: single-line diagrams, layout, mounting, cable sizing, protection and yield simulation.
DISCOM applications, net metering, open access clearances, subsidy and tender documentation. We run the paperwork.
Tier-one modules, inverters and balance of system specified by engineering, not by margin. Full traceability of what goes on your roof.
Our own execution teams, phased around your operations, with testing and documented handover.
Remote monitoring, in-house O&M crews and a 48-hour service guarantee for the life of the asset.
Five delivery capabilities, each engineered, executed and maintained in-house.
Our strong presence across India greatly helps with us with on-time service, local liasoning and efficient project management activities.
Strong and dedicated project execution team, with a focus on quality and performance.
Dedicated and in-house O&M team with constant remote monitoring to ensure maximum generation and output across all power plants.
Our end-to-end EPC solutions focus on offering design, engineering, and O&M for solar projects across the commercial, industrial, government and institutional sectors
The right model depends on whether your constraint is capital budget, roof space or tariff. We deliver under all three.
We design, build and commission the plant, then maintain it under contract. Best where you want the depreciation benefit and the full generation upside over the asset's life.
How ownership worksWe own the plant on your site and carry the capital. You pay only for the units you consume, at a tariff below your grid rate, with no investment and no operational responsibility.
How zero-investment worksRenewable power is wheeled to your facility from our projects under a long-term PPA. Suits sites without usable roof area, or loads larger than a rooftop can serve.
How open access works
We're pleased to be welcoming customers to join us.
Our purpose is to deliver excellence in service and execution. Every step of our solar journey reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
“I wanted a trustworthy solar provider, and Zero Carbon exceeded expectations. They handled government approvals and gave me a reliable system that works like a charm
From the initial consultation to after-sales support, Zero Carbon impressed me at every step. The installation was quick, and their system is running flawlessly.
I was always concerned about my carbon footprint. Thanks to Zero Carbon , my home now runs on clean, reliable solar energy. Their team explained everything and delivered exactly as promised.
Zero Carbon transformed my rooftop into a power source. Within months, I saw a 70% drop in electricity bills. The process was smooth, and the team was professional throughout.
A first-pass capacity and savings range from your location and monthly consumption. Indicative only — final capacity follows a site survey, shadow analysis and load study.
To use open access power, your business must have a minimum contracted demand as per your state’s regulations (usually 1 MW or more). You also need to sign a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the wind energy generator.
No. Open Access Wind Energy is supplied directly from third-party wind farms to your facility through the existing transmission network. You don’t need to set up or maintain any physical infrastructure.
Open Access Wind Energy allows commercial and industrial consumers to purchase renewable wind power directly from wind farms through open access regulations. It helps reduce electricity costs and carbon footprint while ensuring a reliable green energy supply.
We plan installations around your business hours. Night shifts, weekend work, phased installations – whatever minimizes disruption. Your business continuity is our priority.
